HEE’s Chinese Joint Venture and China Chemical Environmental Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. sign strategic Cooperation Agreement regarding Hydrogen Energy Projects

Since last year, HEE’s Chinese joint venture Guizhou Hydrogen Energy Efficiency Co., Ltd. (GZ HEE) and China Chemical Environmental Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd (CCEST) have been working on various cooperation projects in different Chinese provinces. The close cooperation between the two parties was first displayed on 11th January this year, when GZ HEE was invited to display it’s 100kW CHP FC system at the partner’s LOHC-based hydrogen demonstration site in Shanghai.

This LOHC-based hydrogen demonstration site in Shanghai (called the world’s first LOHC-based integrated hydrogen storage and refueling unit) received a lot of media attention in China and was not only shown on Shanghai TV but also mentioned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

Following the progress over the last months, both parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement at GZ HEE’s manufacturing base in Guiyang on 13th March 2023.

The agreement has been signed by Pei Su (GZ HEE) and Zhiguo Gao (CCEST)

Based on the complementary advantages of both parties, it is intended to develop comprehensive hydrogen energy projects for cities, regions, and industrial parks that focus, among other things, on hydrogen production from biomass, LOHC-based hydrogen storage and transport, and hydrogen usage via stationary fuel cell systems.
